About the project
The philosophy behind Paradise Eggs
Oksana Mas’ project Paradise Еggs has become a symbol of uniting people of different nationalities in times when the world is so unstable.
Politics, wars, civil unrest and pandemics are sucking away the creative energy and are making us all feel anxious and restless.
Paradise Eggs are not just a stunning art object. They are a powerful symbol of victory over the feelings of disconnectedness and anxiety by the beauty of the power of unity

The famous Italian art theorist Achille Bonito Oliva became the curator of the Venice project. Post vs. Proto Renaissance continues to represent a cross section of time, an opportunity for self-expression of different co-cultures, a time capsule and a visual archive.
The artist’s incredible eye for detail
Each of the fragments is assembled in a panel of the famous Ghent Altarpiece, which was painted by the Van Eyck brothers in 1432. This Northern Renaissance masterpiece explores the themes of spirituality, mindfulness, and passion. It is with this piece of art that the Renaissance begins.
